Our Story

12th July 2024 marked 16 years since the death of Hon. Michael Emokpae. He was a few weeks before his 90th birthday. He fell on his way to the toilet, hitting his head on the concrete floor, struggled for help for about 35 minutes, and passed away.
Most of us his children were living far away from Edo state when my father died. He needed medical and home caregiving. We arranged for his medical care. But we were not available to give him home care.
That explains the main missing link in enabling our elderly to enjoy a dignified life full of compassion and love when they get old. That is why this organization is named after him. MICHAELS CARE SERVICES LTD.

Julius Omotoso - Vice Chairman - Global Operations

Julius Omotoso holds a Bachelor degree un Banking and Finance; and MBA in Management Accounting, Masters of Science in Resilience. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB) and Fellow of Enterprise Risk Practitioners (FERP)

Dr Adeyemi Bankole - Medical Director

An astute medical professional with broad-based knowledge in general practice of medicine and surgery with almost two decades experience in both private and public medical care and services

Dr. Toluwalase Ogunlade - Managing Director

Dr. Toluwalase Ogunlade is a seasoned health professional with extensive expertise in health sector advocacy and community-based interventions. An alumna of the University of Lagos, she is recognized for her commitment to advancing healthcare access and driving impactful community health initiatives. She is a member of various association related to her field.

Our team comprises of dedicated and qualified caregivers who share our commitment to enhancing the lives of those we serve. We understand that everyone’s needs are unique, which is why we take a personalized approach to care. We work closely with our clients, their families and healthcare professionals to create customied care plans that promote independence, well-being and a sense of security.

Chief Olu Falomo

Grand Patron

Chief Michael Olumuyiwa (Olu) Falomo, Nigerian, educated in Nigeria and in the UK has been one of the pioneers of Television and Commercial Radio Broadcasting in Nigeria, starting way back in 1959. In 1963 he moved into Advertising, where he held several positions up to Executive Director at Ogilvy, Benson and Mather.
