OUR STORY
12th July 2024 marked 16 years since the death of my father Hon Michael Emokpae. He was a few weeks before his 90th birthday. He fell on his way to the toilet, hitting his head on the concrete floor, struggled for help for about 35 minutes, and passed away.
Most of us his children were living far away from Edo state when my father died. He needed medical and home caregiving. We arranged for his medical care, But we were not available to give him home care.
That explains the main missing link in enabling our elderly to enjoy a dignified life full of compassion and love when they get old.
That is why this organization is named after him. MICHAELS CARE SERVICES LTD.

Chief Michael Olumuyiwa (Olu) Falomo, Nigerian, educated in Nigeria and in the UK, has been one of the pioneers of Television and Commercial Radio Broadcasting in Nigeria, starting way back in 1959. In 1963 he moved into Advertising, where he held several positions up to Executive Director at Ogilvy, Benson, and Mather.
Vice-Chairman (Global Operations)
Julius Omotoso holds a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance; an MBA in Management Accounting; Masters of Science in Resilience. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, (FCIB) and Fellow of Enterprise Risk Practitioners (FERP).
Medical Director
An astute medical professional with broad-based knowledge in general practice of medicine and surgery with almost two decades experience in both private and public medical care and services
Managing Director
Fadekemi Ogunleye is a highly skilled and experienced professional. An Obafemi Awolowo University alumnus. She is a multi-talented professional who has steered and led multiple teams in the healthcare and oil & gas sectors. She contributes a multitude of skills to the team and the way the organization is run.
